
in managerial level we can distinguish three levels of organizational information system as follow:
- strategis level through ESS system(executive support system)
- management level through DSS and MIS ( decision support system and management information system)
- operational level through TPS(transcation processing system)
Also we can cite other systems in organizational perpective which provive a consolidated environment to cull out and optimize resources and actions as bellow:
- CRM=consumer relationship management.
- SCM=supply chain management.
- ERP=enterprise resource planning.
- KMS=knowledge management system.
in upcoming sessions i will outline other topics and explain easch of them in brief to signify the importace of IT and IS in MBA.
