IS is a abbreviation , standing for information system whish has surrounded completely our circumference.it covers almost everything aroung us from laptop,e-mail,shopping cashier and ATM to inventory management and manufacturing techniques in SCM.
theoretically we have tow levels of IS: individual level and organizational level .we have tied with both of them and by using IT and these information systems in our routine life we are getting knowledge worker unconsciously or unintenitionally ,
it should be taken for granted that a manager at any managerial level should be aware of thses thechnologies both in individual level and organizational level in order to becoming able to advance ond excel his or her performance.
by using e-mail,chat rooms and collaborative softwares you can manage and share your knoeldege providing that you wish to do it.
and in return you gain access to others knowledge and enhance your business dynamics.
i dont scritinize this topic and hence i am not going to go through detail in this field but i will proceed to address some important aspects of IS in MBA.
